I've suffered with insomnia since I was about 16.
On and off medication to help me sleep.
Tried everything in the book to try to sleep...
Yet lately... It's just not working for me.
I fall asleep around 12.00-12.30, after taking my nightly meds around 10-11.
It never fails. Between 2.30-4.30 I wake up, and I'm awake for hours.
|Lils sleeping while I'm not. I feel bad for her also tho, because I am always messing up her sleep.|
But then again, she'll sleep all day long.
Tried everything to go back to sleep, only to eventually end up playing games on my phone, or reading from my kindle.
Eventually falling to sleep hours later, and not getting out of bed until sometime after 10.30-12.00. Depending on how long I was awake.
I'm trying to get on a decent schedule, but I just always end up sleeping right thru my alarm clock.
I'm tired of not having a regular sleeping schedule.
Guess I'll have to talk to the doctor about something different to take.
